DISCOVER YOURSELF AND YOUR EMOTIONS – WORKSHOPS TO SUPPORT CHILDREN’S DEVELOPMENT
Every child has the potential to grow, explore the world, and build relationships. However, emotional difficulties, group conflicts, or life changes can sometimes hinder this process.
Gestalt therapeutic workshops provide a friendly space where children learn to understand their emotions, develop social skills, and build self-confidence.

WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?
We invite children aged 6–12 who:
- Struggle with expressing emotions such as anger, sadness, or fear.
- Have difficulty establishing and maintaining peer relationships.
- Are experiencing life changes, e.g., parental divorce, moving, changing schools.
- Need support in overcoming shyness or building self-confidence.
- Want to better understand themselves and others.
OUR APPROACH
The workshops are conducted in the spirit of Gestalt therapy, which emphasizes:
EMOTIONAL AWARENESS
Children learn to name and express their feelings in a safe and acceptable way.
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
Through shared activities and exercises, children develop empathy, cooperation, and conflict resolution skills.
SELF-EXPLORATION
Every child has the space to feel noticed and accepted for who they are.
LEARNING THROUGH PLAY
The workshops are full of creative tasks such as drawing, physical activities, and games that engage both body and mind.

WORKSHOP DETAILS
- Group size: Up to 10 children to ensure individual attention.
- Duration of each workshop: 2.5 hours
- Facilitator: Certified Gestalt therapist experienced in working with children.
- Location: Workshops are conducted in person in Kraków. Price: 100 PLN per participant for groups of 5 to 10 children.
NOTE: Workshops can also be conducted outside Kraków in external locations such as schools, cultural centers, or other commissioning institutions. The price for such workshops will depend on the agreed-upon conditions.
