Gestalt Psychotherapy
Gestalt psychotherapy focuses on creating conditions to know yourself better, expand self-awareness
Develop your personality, and restore a sense of responsibility for your own life.

Here and now
In Gestalt, the focus is on the here and now – you cannot change your past or future, but you have influence over what happens in the present moment. During the therapeutic process, you can discover and meet your needs. You have the potential within yourself to take full responsibility for your actions, feelings, and thoughts. Change is only possible when you accept yourself. During therapy, the goal is not to strive for change but to achieve authenticity.
These principles resonate with me because they allow for the creation of a unique I-Thou relationship in the therapy room and the joint exploration of what happens between us in the co-created field. I make no assumptions, offer no interpretations, avoid being guided by diagnoses, and reject all labels.
As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I am present, I listen, I feel, and I observe with curiosity what unfolds between us.
