I have this gift: I see things differently.

S. Wyspiański

Many years ago, for the first time, I listened to my intuition.

While preparing for my Polish high school final exams, I decided to focus solely on contemporary literature, completely setting aside grammar and other literary periods that did not interest me. I came across a timeless topic. A quote from Wyspiański allowed me to write about everything that fascinated me at the time: Leśmian’s Dusiołek, Stachura’s abandoned heaths, and Borges’ uncommitted mistakes. I believe that this experience of trusting myself gave me the strength I now draw upon in both life and therapy.

Education and experience

Earth, feelings and culture – my way

In addition to holding a doctorate in geography and various guiding and piloting certifications that have enabled me to explore the world and meet its people, I am a therapeutic pedagogue and a certified Gestalt psychotherapist. I completed a comprehensive four-year training program in Kraków and a two-year course, Formación en Práctica Clínica Gestáltica, led by Carmen Vázquez-Bandín in Madrid. My work is based on the Ethical Code of the Polish Society for Gestalt Psychotherapy, and I engage in regular supervision.

I have extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. My primary interest is working with individuals who have experienced social exclusion or feel different. I delve into the mysteries of limitations arising from human beliefs and stereotypical perceptions of the world.

my mission

understand, empower, inspire

I respect people and remain endlessly fascinated by the narratives that human lives bring. I believe in the potential and resources that, once brought to light, can help achieve life satisfaction. In every encounter, I strive to uncover and strengthen these qualities.

I work in Polish, English, and Spanish.

Privately, my passions are traveling and writing.
